Grange Kidz encourages parents to arrange an informal welcome visit prior to the child starting at the club.

The child will be introduced to staff and children as well as the setting.  They will be informed about:

• Collection procedures from their school
• Procedures when they arrive at the club
• Types of activities they will be able to take part in
• Snack time
• Toilets
• Expectations regarding behaviour
• Their involvement in the planning process
 

A child of a similar age will be encouraged to tell the new child all about the club and what to expect.

Parents will receive all relevant information about Grange Kidz and the senior staff will advise them about payment of fees, opening times and invite them to read the policy manual.

Any questions from either parent or child will be answered.
