If a child comes to the collection point on a day that they are not due to attend Grange Kidz, staff will attempt to find out if they are meant to be attending Kids Club, or have just got their days confused.

If the child is still unsure, staff will contact the manager to find out if a message has been received and not passed on.  If the manager has not had notification from the parent/carer that an emergency placement is needed, the parent/carer will be contacted and asked to collect their child.

Extra children can compromise the adult/children ratio.  Grange Kidz is unable to take any extra children unless prior arrangements have been made with senior staff.
