Grange Kidz will endeavour to respond quickly to any complaints.
All parent/guardians are advised to make a verbal or written complaint to senior staff in the first instance.
If they are unhappy with the response, they should direct the complaint in writing to the management committee.
All complaints will be fully investigated and parent/guardians will receive a response within 7 working days of submitting the complaint.
Parent/guardians will be notified in writing of the outcome of the investigation and any action that will be taken as a result.
If the parent/guardian is not satisfied by the response from the management committee, complaints should be directed to the Care Commission, who provides our registration.
