The children are cared for by a team of play workers. The staff: children ratio will be no less than the statutory requirement of 1:8.
All staff will have relevant childcare qualifications .
Staff will be involved in in-house training and outside training events to benefit both themselves and the children. All staff are subject to PVG Checks .
